The frozen mix is good for 28 days after thaw. Mix should be thawed in the fridge. The frozen mix bag taken out of the box accelerates the thawing process. It takes typically 2 days (outside of the box) and up to 5 days (in the box) to thaw.

The mix in a frozen state is good for one year.
